PH.D. IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

I study what makes founders succeed: CEO overconfidence and strategic change, founder identity, storytelling as narrative capital, and venture emergence under constraints. I have taught strategy, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior for over a decade, mentor startup entrepreneurs, and voluntarily consult with local small businesses. Before academia, I ran a retail business and held senior HR and legal management roles, which grounds my work in the realities entrepreneurs live.
